On Tuesday 27 January 2026 A Class Action of 51 people has been commenced by lawyer Freity Kaseger S.H. against the Russian social-media personality in Bali known as “Mr Terima Kasih” who’s real identify is 40 year old Sergei Domogatskii. Numerous property investors lodged complaints to Bali Police that they had invested money in villa, townhouse and apartment developments promoted by Mr Domogatskii but the promised developments have not been delivered.
